Efforts to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus
We are taking various infection prevention measures to ensure that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Regular disinfection of in-store equipment

The store's equipment and tables are disinfected regularly.

We also take special care to disinfect doorknobs and other areas that customers are likely to touch.

Taking customer temperatures and disinfecting their hands

Upon arrival, we ask each customer to cooperate with temperature checks and hand disinfection.

Ventilation in the store

We regularly open two doors to ventilate the store.

Requests when using board games

For the time being, we ask that you please wear a mask when playing board games. If you do not have one, we have masks available for purchase, so please feel free to use them.

Staff Hygiene Management

We will be wearing masks when serving customers. We will also disinfect our hands with alcohol at all times and strive to maintain hygiene.

In addition, if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from coming to work.

Requests for customers who are feeling unwell

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be refusing to allow customers who are not feeling well or have a fever to visit our store. We hope to be able to provide services at a later date.

We strictly prohibit customers who are visiting for the purpose of soliciting for pyramid schemes or religions. At Popcorns*, we prohibit any behavior that offends others, such as poor manners, shouting more than necessary, or violent acts. If staff determine that you are a member of this group, you will be refused entry.
